Course Aims

This course provides the knowledge and skills to be able to use the MT info computer system to plan for the use of ZKL 3000 RC and 3000 RS as a method of protection for line blockages.

Learning Objectives

The aim of the course is to provide delegates with the skills and underpinning knowledge required to understand MTInfo 3000 and includes:

  • How MTInfo 3000 operates and can be applied
  • How this system fits in with current safe working Rules & Regulations
  • An awareness of the do's and dont's 
  • Understand the Rights Structure and applicable processes in MTInfo 3000
  • Carry out the Rights, which are to be delegated to you by your employer, in the right way
  • Use MTInfo 3000 to safely and effectively plan the deployment of ZKL 3000 RC

Pre Requisite Requirements

Should have had previous involvement and experience in planning safe systems of work on the rail infrastructure and have a good level of understanding of the requirements of NR/L2/OHS/019.
