This module is designed to familiarise persons who are new to OLE Engineering and whose work may involve or interact with OLE construction activities.
It is designed to develop a person's knowledge and understanding as defined in module OLEC 1 of Network Rail specification NR/L2/CTM/028 Competence and Training in OLE Construction Engineering.

Pre Requisite Requirements
The following pre-requisites are required for this course:-
1. be a minimum age of 18
2. Meet the medical requirements of Network Rail Standard NR/L2/OHS/00124 Competence Specific Fitness Medical Requirements
3. Make necessary arrangements for Knowledge Assessments to be read to support those who have difficulty with reading.
4. Meet the requirements of Network Rail Standard NR/L1/OHS/051 (Drugs & Alcohol) within the last 3 months
5. Have sufficient command of English language, and of the English language as detailed in Network Rail Company Specification NR/S/CTM/021 (Competence & Training in Track Safety)
Certification
No Certificate. This competency is valid for 2 years and will be recorded on the Sentinel database.
